I had same problem with pinch detect. I cleaned the contacts and still had pinch fault. The pinch wiring feeds to the dfi board so I replaced the dfi board and pinch alarm went away. I also had the red,yellow light. It turned out that I partially pulled out the dfi plug on main board when putting it back together.

Removing the bonnet, flexing/bending back the latches (I discovered I wasn't properly seating the back clasps in-place, this helped a bit with the jerky spinning but failed to avoid the pinch detect fault) Emptied the tray, ensured the bag was installed properly. Emptied the litter entirely and replaced to ensure it's below the fill line.
