Rastakhan is most certainly NOT. Scripted mechanics make it unsoloable. Opulence is soloable by anything with a pet. All you gotta do is pull the statues at the same time, so you can run the gauntlet and get the dps buff at the end, then you can solo it. So doable only by hunters, locks, dks and ww monks (yes, the tiger works).

My husband soloed a fair amount of Battle of Dazar'alor, so probably to some extent. We teamed up for Mekkatorque because of having to run around from all the spark guys. I'd guess that, as in that example, it just depends on if the boss you want has specific mechanics that require you to have more than one person.

Soloing mythic Battle of Dazar’alor. You can do a lot of it as a hunter or warlock. But certain fights are just not possible without a few extra bodies. You can always start a group though, peeps are always looking to do transmog runs.

Tried Battle of Dazar'alor first boss. Trash has 30k+ hp. Even though they don't do any damage, clearing them takes ages. Boss had only 640k but it's immune to pet (voidwalker) taunt and threat. Stacking damage buff killed me (boss was around 50% at that time). Maybe some other class can solo it. Since you need 2 players to do the gauntlet so it loses the health and damage buff. But if you can do it.. You would need a raid group, for sure. The thing is, you'll never get a raid group of level 50s to do this; there's no point in doing so and everyone at level 50 is just leveling to 60. Realistically, if you wanted to do this at 50, you'd need to gather 5-10 level 60s to carry you through it.
